About

A coach with 25 years in the boardroom.

Before becoming an executive coach, I led teams through dotcom busts, IPOs, joint ventures with global firms, and an industry-leading Country of the Year win. Today I bring that operating experience to every coaching conversation.

My journey with CliftonStrengths began in 2010 during a management team-building event. The tool transformed how our team understood one another — and our results followed. In 2016 I became a Gallup Global Strengths Coach, and in 2023 a Chief Master Coach with ITD World.

I have coached new and seasoned leaders across industries, nationalities, and stages of business. We often start with work goals and end up addressing health, wealth, and relationships — because leadership is holistic.

Before coaching, I spent 25 years as a computer engineer, webmaster, and CEO. With my Swedish partner I helped turn a struggling dotcom into a profitable, publicly-listed business, and later led GroupM Thailand to its Country of the Year award.
